2. Fill in the Form and submit the form with N10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira only) on the day of entrance examination.

- Recommendation letter from Parish Priest
- Baptismal Certificate
- Two (2) passport photograph
- File jacket
- Non-refundable deposits
- Interview fee
- Authentic medical certificate and or report from a reputable Catholic hospital
