Celebrating the Class of 2026

Today, the entire Handmaids Holy Child Juniorate Amumara family gathers with joyful hearts to honour our beloved 2026 graduands.

You came to us as young girls with dreams in your eyes. You leave us as young women grounded in faith, formed in character, and equipped with knowledge that will take you anywhere in the world.

For six formative years, you have lived the vision of our Foundress, Mother Mary Charles Magdalen Walker: to be grounded in the elements of Christianity and civilized womanhood. You have prayed together in our chapel, studied with diligence in our classrooms and ICT Centre, competed with excellence including bringing home the Best School for Mathematics in the Catholic Diocese of Ahiara, and grown in the quiet strength that only a true juniorate can nurture.

This Class of 2026 carries something special. You are part of the generation that has witnessed the continued transformation of our beloved school — stronger infrastructure, higher academic standards, and an unbroken commitment to holistic formation under the leadership of the pioneer of this great institution our Principal, Rev. Sr. Clarice Chinaemerem Orji, HHCJ.

As you step out today

  • Some of you will answer the call to religious life, following in the footsteps of the many alumnae who have become Handmaids.
  • Others will go on to become doctors, lawyers, engineers, teachers, entrepreneurs, and leaders who transform their communities and the world in Christ.

Wherever life takes you, carry the light of HHCJ Amumara with you. Remember that true excellence is not only in certificates, but in character. Remember that a girl formed here is never ordinary.

To our 2026 graduands

  • We are proud of you.
  • We thank God for you.
  • We release you with love and blessing.

Go forth and shine — for the glory of God and the good of humanity.

Congratulations, Class of 2026
